Your website may come equipped with a Live Chat tool that is used to communicate with Leads in real-time as they visit your website. Your InvesTechs Account Manager will manage the majority of the requirements of this platform. Your only responsibility will be to engage with website visitors through the mobile app or your internet browser.

Zoho SalesIQ

Zoho SalesIQ is the software that manages your live chat features. In addition to providing live chat capabilities, it also collects detailed analytics on all website visitors and shares information with your CRM to associate your website visitors with your CRM leads.

Live Chat with your Internet Browser

Operating your Live Chat through your Internet Browser
Navigate to and log in using your provided login details. These credentials are the same as all the other accounts InvesTechs manages for you.
“Visitors Online” will show a real-time chart of each online visitor and some basic information.

There are two primary views

Visitor Tracking – Rings View

In this view, the filtered and prioritized visitor base will be organized around four concentric rings. Priority drops from inner through the outer ring. Details like, Name or a Random ID assigned to the visitor, time spent by the visitor on your website and Country from which the visitor is would be displayed over the rings in the form of small tiles for the visitors who are currently browsing through your website. More importantly, SalesIQ allows you to track a set of predefined actions performed by the visitors by just having a glance at your priority rings.


Visitor Tracking – List View

In this view, the filtered and prioritized visitors would be categorized and organized into columnar data.

  • From either view, select the string of numbers or name associated with the website visitor.
  • Locate the “Type your question and hit enter” chat box and input your prompt.
  • Select “Start Chat” to initiate a chat with the individual website visitor.

Engage with a website visitor from your cell phone

  • To start, you will want to download the Zoho SalesIQ app from any major app marketplace. Log into the app using your Zoho login credentials.
  • The Ring and List views are different in appearance on the mobile app, but have the same functions.
  • From either view, select the string of numbers or name associated with the website visitor.
  • Select the chat icon in the bottom-right corner, then input your message and then select the “Send” button to initiate a chat with the individual website visitor.

There areseveral predefined visitor actions which can be tracked in the Ring View, which are as follows :

  • Repeated– A frequent visitor of your website.
  • Contacted– Visitor contacted by the monitoring operator.
  • Responded: Visitor has responded back to the agent.
  • Clicked: The visitor has clicked the live chat widget in your website.
  • Triggered: The visitor has set off one or more triggers that were set by you.
  • Page navigation: The visitor is navigating between the web pages of your website.
  • Chat: The visitor had already had a chat session with the operators of your firm.
  • Country flag: Flag of the country from where the visitor is from.
  • Name: Either the name of the visitor or a random ID generated for the visitor by SalesIQ.
  • Time: Time spent by the visitor on your website.
  • Cold visitors: Visitors who do not match the priority criterions that were set by you. These visitors may or may not be pulled into the priority rings in the mere future.
